Aspifloc Skimmer TS HP

A totally enclosed degreasing & phosphate system which allows the items to be both degreased & phosphated with no loss of treatment solution.

The system allows for the complete recycling of the treatment solution and contains 3 stages of filtration, storage tanks and pumps. The washing/treatment of the items is done by a pressure washer (not included with the system) and provides not just first class treatment results but at a very low unit cost. No conveyor systems are required and no large storage tanks need heating.

In our opinion this is the ideal degreasing & phosphate system for large items or for small production runs. This is also ideal if you assemble your product prior to painting, no more wiping with solvent rags.
