Waste Water Recycling

WASTE WATER CLEANING

Our water treatment chemicals are not just for spraybooths. Many of our customers use the same products to clean the water that they have used to flush their paint lines and clean their guns. This can mean that only 20-litres of waste water are produced every week. The problem is that 20-litres of waste water a week amounts to over 1000-litres of waste water a year. With disposal costs getting higher and higher our system is quick and very cost effective.

It does not matter if you are producing 20-litres of waste water a week or 500-litres of waste water per week. We will have a system that will suit your needs and will not break the bank. We can tailor the way our products will work to match the volume of waste water you produce, the frequency of treatments, the space you have available and, most importantly, how much money you have to spend.

Why not call us to discuss your requirements and the problems we have. We promise not to force ourselves upon you & we will not insist on visiting you. We will simply have a chat, ask some questions and give you an outline of what we can do and how much it will cost. It is as simple as that. Alternatively why not EMAIL US and we can get back to you.
Water Treatment This is the condition of the flushing water, at one of our customers, once it had been treated with our water treatment chemicals and filtered. The waste water was white before being treated but following a 10-minute treatment this is what flows from their filter.

This customer has received authorisation to dispose of this direct to their foul sewer, saving themselves many thousands of pounds in disposal costs as they had allowed their waste water to build up and up and up and once they had filled around 20 IBC containers (20,000 litres) it was starting to become a space issue as well as a costly disposal issue and a potential environmental problem.
As well as disposing of their treated water, they are using it for general cleaning around their factory as well as flushing their paint mixing drums and equipment. Therefore they are not just recycling water but greatly reducing the volume of 'town water' that they use. Another cost reduction for them. Paint Flushing Water
