Detartrol TS cleans degreasing tunnels and tanks of scale and solid matter which have accumulated over time, affecting its efficiency.

Detartrol TS will clean the system, tanks and pipes ensuring a cleaner environment and more economical and efficient process once our degreasers are installed. You can add the descaling solution to the tank water during normal production time, circulating the product to remove all deposits, greases and scale from within the tank, pipes, and tunnels.
Not only will the tunnel be more clean, but it will also work more effectively as the water flow will be increased throughout the system and particularly through the nozzles. Also, valuable equipment will be protected, eg the possible failure of heat exchangers due to scale build-up
Detartrol TS rapidly dissolves scale whilst completely inactive towards : iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, nickel. Avoid use on galvanised metal. Descales at hot temperature surface treatment tunnels (heated body + nozzles), pipes, exchangers, radiators, coils of any industrial installation.

Use 8 - 20 % in a acid bath or degreasing tunnel at remperature 30 -65°C, contact time 4 - 8 hours. If using in an alcaline bath, empty first and refill with water before adding solution. After treatment, empty and neutralise for 30 minutes at 40°c before emptying.
