Detartrol will remove the dried build up of paint sludge, deposits and corrosion from within your water wash spray booth and pipes.

Detartrol will remove the dried build up of paint sludge, deposits and corrosion from within your water wash spray booth and pipes.
Whilst our water treatment will ensure that there is no further build up of paint within the booth, often it is more efficient to give the booth a thorough clean of the interior prior to first treatment.
This treatment can be carried out during production and will remove all deposits as well as removing corrosion and scale.
The water and sludge can then be taken away prior to adding our water treatment for long term protection.

Detartrol NM is a non-foaming version of Detartrol, used where an installation is particularly fast flowing (with a history of foaming) or for the sake of caution, where the cleaning operation may not be supervised.
*Descales and derusts circuit equipment
*Dissolves all scale and solid matter build up
*Removes paint sludge and deposits from pipes
*Passivates ferrous metals in installations
*Ensures equipment maintenance
*Economical as ensures clean booth prior to coagulant system
To maintain spray booths, we recommend the use of our denaturants to keep the system free of paint. - More information
Whilst our spray booth denaturants are neutral, sometimes the use of certain paints or other chemicals can cause deterioration of the installation. Netphos 100 can be added in low concentrations on a regular basis to prevent corrosion in spray booth installations.
