ELASTICOTE is a solvent based peelable booth coating to protect metals, plastics, porcelain etc. By topping up or replacing dirtier areas, its use is economical whilst still being easily removed by peeling from any surface, even when covered with paint for many months. It can be used to brighten and protect spray booth walls or mechanical parts from paint, scratches or rust. It is also ideal to line moulds or for stencilling when using several paint colours. Available white or clear.
Apply in a thick layer with a traditional spray gun to obtain a film of 80-100 microns which resists lifting. Coverage approx 2.5 m2 / ltr for Elasticote. Dries within 20 minutes in air and being neutral, does not attack ferrous or non-ferrous metals or wood. WITHSTANDS TEMPERATURE < 120°C
