Spray Booth Filter - With High Efficiency Backing

Our Procart H cardboard extraction filters are of the same basic design as our Standard Procart filter but with the added security of a unique secondary backing. This backing is designed to capture all paint and dust particles that bypass the primary front filter. This will ensure that all dust and paint is removed from the spraybooth air prior to passing through the fan entering your duct-work.

Any wet paint, powder paint or dust that bypasses the primary cardboard filter will be captured by the integral secondary media whilst allowing the air to pass through easily until both of the filters are full. The Procart H is very effective for booths where both wet and dry paints are used, and is especially good for companies situated within urban areas and for those using 'dustier' or 'dryer' wet paints. If you are having problems with dust ending up outside of your premises and laying on cars, especially the cars of neighbouring factories, then the Procart H will help solve your problems.

The filters are manufactured with natural materials and water-based glue. Available in both standard sizes or we will cut to ANY size for use in both vertical or horizontal areas.
