SPRAY BOOTH FILTER - NON FLAMMABLE

Our Procart IB offers the same high quality extraction as our standard Procart B but with the increased security of being non-flammable. Specialist process within the manufacture of the extraction filter ensures that it is non-flammable making the Procart IB a safer option than all other filtration mediums where ignition is a concern due to the type of coating being used or the nature of the painting environment.

The design of our cardboard extraction filter ensures a 'high holding capacity' whilst maintaining maximum airflow through both the filter and booth. These concertina spraybooth filters will ensure your product finishing area is filtered effectively.

Our Procart IB is the same basic design as our Standard Procart filter which is used in around 80% of our customers spraybooths. It is designed to handle all types of wet paint but not powder paints or dust. The paint overspray is captured in the folds of the filter both on the face and inside. Whilst the filtered air is allowed to pass through easily until the filter is full. This ensures a constant airflow is maintained for much longer than when using other types of extraction filtration.
