Protecsol - to protect floors from paint and dust in spray booths and busy areas, paint kitchens, warehouses etc.
PROTECSOL is a white and impermeable water based peelable film coating with ionizing and adherent qualities for capturing dust and paint on floors.
It is very flexible and hardwearing, even with heavy use of personnel, vehicles or equipment and can be used for:
The protection of concrete and resin floors eg in spray booths
The protection of tiled floors from paint and varnish
Protection of floors from oils, paint, greases, diluted acids, diluted alcalines, cement etc
Protecting busy walkways eg clean rooms, paint kitchens, or warehouses
ADVANTAGES: Protection from dust and paint on a new surface, economical cleaning time (simple to peel away), satin anti-slip surface, maintenance of floors and surfaces beneath coating.
APPLICATION: Use on non porous concrete or tiled floors or metallic or painted surfaces
PROTECSOL may be used in areas at high temperatures of 70 to 80°C. Remove after 3 months use. Heavily used and dirtied walkways may be peeled away easily with a light incision and applied again.
Coverage - Approximately 5m² per litre.
The protective, peelable film is applied in a thick layer of between 400 - 500 microns by brush, spatula or roller and dries within approximately 6 hours.
