If we have a problem, how can we contact you?

We can be contacted by phone, fax, post or email and our contact information is on our contact page.


We have a nightshift and sometimes work on Saturdays, especially for cleaning. Do you just operate office hours or can we contact you at all times?

We appreciate that much of your maintenance is carried out outside of the usual working hours and, in fact, so do many of our technicians, especially when carrying out works on site or installing new products. We can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year! We have a close working relationship with all of our customers and so we can also be contacted on our mobile phones if necessary. Emergency contact information is available on every COSHH sheet.
