Questions about the product range

You seem to have a wide product range and we are unsure which products will be best suited to us. How do we find out more?

We do have a very wide product range that is expanding all of the time. If you have browsed our product ranges and feel that you need further information, you can contact us for more information, or request a site visit so that we can look at your particular requirements.

We are currently using hazardous degreasing substances that we would like to replace but we are a bit confused by the alternatives.

Each client has different requirements and we prefer not to give an 'off the shelf' answer. Instead we can arrange a 'free of charge' site visit to look at your process and the best alternative for you. For example, you may like to keep your current machinery for use with solvent based products, or you may be looking to move your process towards an aqueous based solution. It also depends upon the surfaces you are treating and other processes within your production line, such as removing corrosion - contact us for a visit as soon as possible to assess your needs.

Our company would like to try your spray booth water treatments but our booth is blocked and needs cleaning - what do you suggest?

Of course, the point of our water treatments is exactly to prevent such a build-up of paint and deposits. If you are going to install our products and your booth is very full of paint, then it would not be cost effective to use our chemicals to clean the booth. Instead, you will need to empty the booth, preferably after using our descale treatment to clear all of the pipes. Then once the booth is full of clean water, the water treatment can begin - contact us and we will help you to arrange a thorough clean of your booth and arrange a visit to install the products and prevent this happening again. It is in our interest too that our products are installed correctly so that they work from the beginning.

We like the sound of your ranges. Can we have a free trial?

For many products, we may be able to send you a small sample and would suggest that you contact us with as much information as possible. However, for others, the 'trial' period may take some time or the products may need to be applied in a certain method so we prefer not to offer a free trial and to give you the best possible support during its installation. However, we do like to ensure that you are always happy with your products and so we have a full cancellation and returns policy and will refund any product that has not worked as expected, as long as it has been applied correctly - contact us if you require any further information.
