Questions about ongoing visits

I have specific technical questions that I think you can only answer if you see the problem.

This is often the case in an industrial environment with quality issues and we often prefer to see the environment. Please contact us and we can arrange a site visit.

Can you visit us after the installation to make sure that it is working effectively?

We do prefer to visit all of our clients on a regular basis once our products are in use to ensure that they are being used as best possible and to see if we can make any additional quality improvements. You can request visits at any time.

We are in Devon. Can you still come and see us?

We can make technical visits throughout the UK at no charge, so it is perfect opportunity for some specialist advice! We may need to arrange a date that our technicians are in your area so please give us as much notice as possible.

We have tried many degreasing agents but need a company that will help us to monitor the results on a long term basis.

We are very proud of our technical customer support and feel that this is why we have such a strong working relationship with all of our customers. Each client can request a technical visit at any time free of charge. Many larger customers receive regular visits as a matter of course to ensure that they are happy with our products and our service. As part of these visits, particularly for products such as degreasers with implications of the manufacturing process, we will carry out titration and quality tests during these visits and provide you with reports.

We would like to reduce the number of suppliers and see that you have many ranges available which may be of interest to us but we also need a contractor to carry out some of the works.

Of course, you can contact us with your particular requirements. For some customers, we do carry out technical works and maintenance using our products and this has enabled the customer to concentrate on core tasks. For example we can sometimes carry out spray booth maintenance on a schedule to suit you out of your production times. Charges may apply.
