Chemicals for 'wet' spraybooths

Remove all of the paint sludge and paint deposits from your spraybooth water, pipes, pumps, nozzels and tank. As you will be aware this obviously has many advantages for you such as reducing cleaning time, vastly reducing production downtime, improving the efficiency of your spraybooth and improving the quality of your work area (no more bad smells......from the booth anyway!)

OUR PRODUCTS

Our denaturants will firstly seperate the paint particles from the water and will ensure that this separated paint, lacquer or glue is 'non-sticky' thus preventing any blockage of the installation (especially within nozzels) and reducing booth maintenance.

With the booth now pumping around 'non-sticky' paint within the water, the booth will work more effectively and its life span is greatly enhanced as the pipes, fans and pumps will remain clean.

When required, these paint particles can easily be skimmed manually or automatically using our filtration equipment. The frequency of water changes will be greatly reduced and in a majority of cases totally eliminated.
