OUR PRODUCTS
Our water treatment system firstly seperate the paint particles from the water and will ensure that this separated paint, lacquer, glue or any other substance is 'non-sticky' thus preventing any blockage of the spraybooth (especially within nozzels and the pump) thus reducing booth maintenance and helping the system to run as designed.
With the booth now pumping around 'non-sticky' paint within the water, the booth will work more effectively and its life span is greatly enhanced as the pipes, fans and pumps will remain clean.
When required, these paint particles can easily be skimmed manually or automatically using our filtration equipment. The frequency of water changes will be greatly reduced and in a majority of cases totally eliminated.
MOST IMPORTANTLY WE WILL NEVER TRY TO SELL YOU PRODUCTS OR EQUIPMENT THAT YOU DO NOT NEED.
We will never insist or 'strongly recommend' that you install automatic dosing pumps or skimming equipment. We will also never try to frighten you into purchasing our products by talking about such things as waterbourne diseases and infections.
We will just ask you questions about your booth, your spraying and what you do to your booth currently. We will then just give you the FACTS and confirm what our products will do for you and your spraybooth.
